Premier cocktail singer Lynn Brownell has stirred many a martini with her lovely voice at both the Hyatt and St. Paul hotels. I am presently employed by Canadian Pacific Railway and travel considerably throughout Canada and USA. On December 2, 1997 myself and a colleague were in Minneapolis on business and were staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in downtown Minneapolis.

Lynn Brownell was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At the age of four began playing piano by ear and singing. She was in chorus and choirs for 11 years, including All-City Chorus in elementary school. In 1980, Lynn began to perform professionally in the Twin Cities, and did so until relocating to New York in 1999 to continue performing for 7 years. In February of 2007, Lynn relocated to her home town of Bloomington, MN to be with her family after her Father's passing on December 14, 2006. She is currently performing in the Twin Cities and around the world.
